Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Asian Americans Advancing Justice
Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Atlanta (AAAJ-Atlanta) is the first legal advocacy center dedicated to protecting and promoting the civil rights of Asian Americans in Georgia and the Southeast. Position includes help with payroll, accounting, and office management duties in the Norcross office for approximately 10 hours per week. Required knowledge and experience: Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping and general accounting, Excellent oral and written communications skills, Proficient in QuickBooks, Proactive, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and integrity, Ability to multi-task and problem solving, Extreme attention to detail. The candidate should have an Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the quickbooks accounting software. Salary: $15.00 /hour.
