Community Organizer – Rise Up for $15
This position would be in charge of increasing engagement on FB, Twitter and Instagram accounts as well as connecting the RaiseUp campaign to the community through outreach. The person chosen for this role would have to create original local content to achieve this and also be sure to represent RaiseUp/SWOC in a professional manner to the community at all times. You must have commitment and passion for social, racial and gender justice; must be proactive and have a fluid understanding of issues facing low income and minority communities. You should also have comfort with the implementation of a range of organizing strategies and tactics; Willingness to work on local issue campaigns along with contributing to possible statewide and national campaigns. You should be self-motivated, have proven ability to work independently and also have the ability to be a team player and work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Regional Director – Hemophilia Association of Georgia
Manages the day-to-day programmatic coordination and administration of the Bleeding Disorders Program in eight southeastern states.
