To the Director of ICE and USCIS,
GALEO, and supporting individuals signed below, ask that Jessica Colotl’s protected status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) be reinstated as soon as possible.
Jessica Colotl is an outstanding member of our community. She has been an exemplary student, community member and dedicated professional in her profession. She is an example of Georgians who strive and do well for themselves while also contributing to the well being of our communities and our nation. She is a role model for many.
We also ask I.C.E. and its officers to not prioritize or pursue her for deportation. Ms. Colotl is not a criminal nor a threat; therefore, she should not be a priority nor considered for deportation.
We strongly believe in Jessica Colotl and stand with her and her contributions to our communities.
Once again, we ask for her DACA status to be reinstated and for I.C.E. to stop requesting for her deportation.
Thank you,
Jerry Gonzalez, GALEO
