- Harvey Soto attended ADL’s program on law and Civil Rights which had representatives from the FBI, GBI, US attorney’s office, and local law enforcement. There was discussion over the processes to report and prosecute Civil Rights infringements and which statutes defend those civil rights against Hate Crimes as well.
