Washington, D.C. — July 11, 2019 — President Donald Trump is expected to hold a press conference shortly to announce his next steps in pursuit of adding the citizenship question to the 2020 Census.  Some news reports claim that he will not ask the U.S. Justice Department to pursue any further legal action to include the citizenship question on the 2020 Census form.

(LOS ANGELES) – Donald J. Trump announced this morning on Twitter that he will be making a statement about the administration’s continuing attempt to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census. The administration cannot circumvent the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling late last month and federal court orders blocking the immediate addition of a citizenship question.

As Lorenzo continuously cries in his room, his right-hand wraps around his body and his left-hand covers up his mouth so his mom can’t hear him. Every time Lorenzo would cry, his father, Rogelio, would call him dramatic, but neither his mother nor his father knew that crying was one of the ways that Lorenzo dealt with his depression. Most Latinos have been raised to always be “fuerte” and to never show that they’re fragile. In fact, when depression or mental illness is brought up, Latinos tend to call these individuals loco(a), “lazy,” or dramatic.
